THE BARNSTAY
The Barnstay at Redwood Park, built over 150 years ago, is a piece of the property’s rich history. Originally a barn with hand-sawn floorboards, it was transformed into accommodation over 45 years ago and recently renovated with a library and queen suite.
While retaining its rustic charm, it now offers a touch of modern luxury.

THE LOCATION
Located on a private 100 acre estate that combines both manicured gardens and rolling lawns on one side with the beauty of the bush on the other, we are located in the lower Hunter only 1hr 45 from Sydney and 1hr 15mins from Newcastle and the Central Coast.
Nestled between both Broke and Pokolbin, Redwood Park Wollombi is perfectly positioned, feeling both central and secluded at once.
Brimming with country charm, the small town of Wollombi was established as the administrative centre of the district in the 1830’s. Remnants of the original, convict built Great North Road are still visible today as you make your descent into the Wollombi Valley along Tourist Drive 33.
Prior to European settlement, the land now occupied by Wollombi Village was a significant meeting point for coastal Aboriginal peoples.
